Tapped up or he spoke to them without his employers permission?

Getting tapped up isn't a sackable offence to the best of my knowledge.

They're appointing Mark Cooper, the Kettering manager. Surely this is good news for Reading. As we are finding out, this is a tough league to get results in for managers new to its demands.

Anyone else see the irony in this after the tirade of abuse Reading got when asking to speak to Ferguson. They demanded over a million in compensation before letting us talk to him, whereas they want to talk to all these managers - presumably without paying compensation.

A non-league manager to come into the team bottom of the league and do better than Brendan Rodgers will do over the rest of the season?

A good bet IMO
