Dear Idiot

by russyb » 30 Nov 2009 10:06

Dear Idiot,

yes the idiot who decidied to jump up and down on his seat at the derby game until it snapped and then hold it above his head and look as if your going to throw it. Now i don't care how fed up you are about losing the game 2-1 you don't do stuff like that. As for the stewards and the police who just looked on and did nothing your also a disgrace.

thankyou that is all.

I've no doubt that had they flown in, all batons and orange jackets, there'd have been much uproar over their heavy-handed tactics.

Was he shouting it at the Reading management team? If so, full marks to him.

If he was shouting tossers at them I think the stewards were right to have a go at him

Was that around the point when Long got sent off as I noticed the police and stewards suddenly took a particular interest in a section of the away end but I couldn’t work out why?

Dear Sir,
I have some sympathy with your position. I feel you were probably driven to this course of action, however misguided, by the supine nature of your fellow away supporters on saturday.
By way of contrast I rubbed shoulders with a group of the country`s finest support on the way home on the train. We play them next week, and should we throw away another lead then be prepared for these awesome supporters to cheer their team on to victory just like they did against us in 2003.
I am sure that you, like myself, would like to see at least a middle way between passive Reading supporters and the wall of noise which we are in for at Hillsborough.

Yours Frustratingly,
NJ

Thank you all for your kind replies to my grammar and spelling mistakes, there is hope for a lot of you out there. Despite my failure to produce the best written comment on the board, my point still stands that the person who deliberately broke the seat should be ashamed of themselves. Thank (space) you.

Been to Hillsborough, can't say I was especially impressed with their support. Think much more highly of Derby's

I saw a guy at the Mad Stad break his seat just by sitting down quite heavily. The back just snapped in two. Pride Park is clearly more sturdy.
