Negative_Jeff the Rodgers revival will be well under way

Have you been drinking Turps again, Jeff?

No, but I might be on the day of the game unless anyone can recommend a decent boozer down there on a saturday lunchtime.
I have yet to find one.

The Pump House was where I and many others drank last season. Easily good enough.

In one of the few grounds in the south i havnt bin to before so was wondering how easy is it to get to the ground from the station. I have heard it is quite a trek but is it still walkable or do they run shuttle busses like at home.
cheers

Its about 30 minute walk, and it isn't too bad to be honest, there is a station, Bedminster, closer to the ground for those of you who are lazier than myself.

There is no way that this season's events will be anywhere near as good as last season.

Nah, I've said the same in this thread, although... I do think we can win it. We're away 'n all.

Went to the Crown Inn last year which was hidden out the way but near the taxi ranks and was open before 12.

Real ale and cider was in good supply.

1500 tickets sold as of Saturday. Bloody disgrace.
Lots of moaning about Rodgers and the commitment. What about ours? Unreserved seating, the chance to stand up, local game.
What`s the problem?

'Akinbiyi stay' on that wall (have they managed to wash it off yet? I missed the game last year but it was there for the previous game about 4 years after he left...

Losing 4-1 or something as is usually the case down there

Having a few beers

HNA? being full of more crap when we lose

Louis Carey

Scott Murray

Danny Wilson

That annoying bloke on the tannoy when they score

The fact that they can't be bothered to put backrests on their seats in the away end

Leroy Lita on the piss

Sounds like you've given up Royalee, old chap! This is an excellent excuse for our inevitable drubbing on Saturday: "well, we always lose here anyway" 8) . Perhaps BR can use it in his post-match interview on Radio Berksh.....oh.
