poohs pure
Ian Royal
poohs pure Prove to me and anyone else who cares that you do actually have the balls to be a football chairman and that you are going to learn from the debacle that has been the past 18 months or so. Take your time and get it right this time.

Make some funds available, we're not talking £50m here but a cheeky £10m LMFAO in the right hands will surely have the ROI you are looking for. i.e. some of those lovely bumper premiership paydays that you must be yearning for.

Oh and please have a proper clear out, your DOF isn't up to the job.

Stuart Pearce anyone?

How the feck can he take his time and make funds available? Take his time means appoint in February you mong. We took our time last time, just got taken in by a flashy con man.

he can appoint the right man for the job in whatever timeframe that takes, and when money can be spent he can make it available. YOU MONG!

West Stand Flash Brian McDermott in charge at the minute according to official site.

If this is so, it is a great choice. I wanted him as permanent Manager after Coppell and nothing has changed since to make me think again. This would be a seamless but positive change. I hope it is true.

Jesus christ, some of these suggestions are awful. Paul Hart, against the odds admittedly, didn't help out Pompey at all, Darren Ferguson didn't do well in the championship with Peterboro, Adams has been rubbished at every manager's job he's had, not a fan of Southgate (imho he was the reason why Middlesboro were relegated), and not the right time to have Parky in. It has to be someone who's going to have an immediate impact, regardless if they're only going to stay until the end of the season.

I want someone completly new who has no connections with the club and can give us and the chairman a fresh and frank perspective on the club.

Personally I think it should be someone with Championship experience.
Having said that, the thought of Magilton or Billy Davies (Twat) in charge would be awful appointments.
I would like Curbishley.

SLAMMED Ferguson or Curbishley.

Dream on, about as much chance as having Beckham as player manager.

Anyway, a pointless thread..........we never get what we want anyway, thats why I am preparing for Sturrock

Paul Jewell (tosser), Billy Davies (twat) in some peoples opinions on here but both succesful managers at this level and if we have to have a tosser or a twat in charge to get up the league then so be it :D :D
