Curbs is my view (out of those options) but doubt he'd come.

Would love Coppell back but he won't want it. Voted for Curbs but the guy who will land it is ... Brian McDermott.

....a friend of a friends aunties next door neighbours cat saw him leaving the Madejski hotel late tonight, looking very friendly with sir John! ... You heard it hear first...the special one is coming to the mad-stad!

Absolutely Brilliant. But I think we've had enough of the Chelsea connection - a style that works with bottomless pockets and fails otherwise.

Gimme Parky anyday.

Only two votes for Parky !!?
After Parky ... I'd be more than OK with Curbs or Sanch.

does anyone think that it may well be true that ferguson did engineer a move for himself and that this was already in place to happen?

Fantastic!

Not that anyone knows what job Reading FC sacked lampard Sr from. What exactly did that idiot do apart from giving Shane Long pie-eating lessons?

Darren Ferguson - He was first choice in the summer, and now he's available.___ I can't see Reading wanting to pay compensation for anyone either.___ I only hope we stear clear of Lawrie Sanchez.

I don't know about anyone else, but I have a little fire in my belly this morning. In fact, looking outside my office window is a beautifull yellow and red sun rise over Reading.

Royal Lady Who is that manager who just left Notts County after only 7 weeks in charge?

Why is everyone getting excited about Darren Ferguson - didn't he get sacked from Peterborough, because they weren't doing very well?? What's the difference between us and Peterborough?? Esp if we have no money to give a new manager for January. :|

Let me just throw this in::::

Terry Venables - just to the end of the season - to ensure we stay up (he has done this role before). That gives plenty of time to do some proper research and get in a decent manager with a proven track record.

Only a suggestion........

Arch
Royalee John Madejski

Genius! Why didn't I think of that? He can have Cilla in the backroom.

I dunno, she might be a bit pricey - Madejski loves penny-pinching so appointing himself seems the only answer.

I think they will put mcDermot in its the cheap option, although i would like to see coppell or maybe a solid lower league manager who is doing well.
