Wimb Mills, Stretch, Howard,Jem,New Iclandic bloke in next game please

Ivar, Cisse, Marek, Long, Gunnar as far away from the starting XI please

Harsh on Marek, he's crippled by playing alongside Cisse. He needs someone with skill to partner him so he has some options for his passing. Not that I think we really need him with Sig and Howard.

Other than that, bang on.

URZZZZZZZZ I would say that today would reaffirm a decision to bring in Ferguson, on a 4 year contract minimum. More for the fact that in the event of relegation this season we will have a manager that can get us back up on a shoestring budget.

I`d love to see Ferguson to come in but sadly think he`s off to Sheffield Wednesday.

DOYLERSAROYALER Just hope all the people on here that could see no wrong in the board - have now taken off those RTGs and seen the light!...somehow I doubt it

There isn't really much that can be done about the board, unless you are suggesting the club gets sold for a paltry amount to any mug with a few million to spare?

That would do very nicely thank you. The club is only worth a paltry amount now Madejski has cut the cloth to shreds and a 'few million' is a 'few million' more than Madejski is going to put in.

At least the people we have in charge now are fiscally responsible. I'd rather the club didn't get sold to any old mug thank you very much.

Wimb LOLZ 4-1 to all those utter stupid pcunts that said it was all Rodgers fault

Oh, so this wasn't a team The Bodgers would have picked then? Let me see - the sum total of players brought in sine the Clueless Charlatan left is ..... ZERO.

Mmm. Not Bodgers' fault? Well at least he's laughing all the way to the bank.

Happy oxf*rd New Year Madejski.
Well who is going to get the blame now ?? after all many on here crucified BR so who is in the firing line now from the egomonster lovers ???
Simplistic. Rodgers left us with crap attackers and no real right back. All this proves is that McDermott is no magic man and that we need a proper, experienced manager to get more out of this squad, useless though it is.

Question: Which central defender has played in every game we've conceeded 4 goals and been atrocious in all of them?

Answer: Ingimarsson.

Needs desperately to be dropped for Mills or Cisse.

RoyalBlue Four shots in the whole game! That says everything!

Cloth cutting my *rse! What happened over the summer and at the start of this season was nothing short of throat cutting - the team is bleeding to death!

Nice analogy. And very apt.

League 1 here we come.

can you see us doing that?

Terrible, terrible day for RFC.

things are bad, but I can't say I envy Peterborough's squad just yet.

I would love either Jewell, Ferguson or Coppell to come in as manager. Cant stand our management team at the moment.

If the comments from Hammond are true then who the hell is going to come here if the Director of Football (cock) says we arnt going to bring anyone in, strange this, most clubs in a dire mess like we are, after the disasterous actions of the owner and his love child would make the best attempts to correct the errors.

But of course this is the egomonster and he can see no problems with what is going on !!

I find it difficult to express my hate for the prick, hell why cant we all club together and get the git shot !!

Its the character of the squad rather than its quality thats the concern; if we were to go 4 down can you see us coming back to get a draw? The fact of the matter is that we are a train wreck at the moment - those who wanted Rodgers out must be able to see that the structure of the club is whats wrong, not Rodgers.

There must be some serious consideration by SJM, Howe, Hammond and everyone else associated with the upper echelons of RFC to decide what they want for the club and then how they are going to achieve it. Frankly, the best thing about this result is that it MUST finally make SJM that we are in deep do do as a football club at the moment, and no matter how much positive spin he wants to put on it, there is a genuine possibility of relegation this season.

Its his club - its down to him to sort it out.

winchester_royal This may well force Madejski to put some money into the club. He's a businessman, and he knows what going down will do to Reading's value.

Appalling, and hardly suprising when one considers the appalling lack of pace in our defence.

BRING IN HODDLE.

Hoddle was never that fast!!

I still think it's the structure of the team as picked by the person in charge that is wrong. I really don't think we need much in th eway of player additions to get out of this. Just the right approach with the right players.

We need an experienced manager in ASAP to at least steady the ship, build the team from the back and stop shipping so many goals, it killed our Prem dream and its going to kill our Championship season, Get Sonks back, partner with Mills, get Stretch fit and sign an experienced RB and then spend money on a decent CM that we have never had since Sidders went. For me the Madejski dream started to go wrong when Sidders wasnt replaced and then it went on and on every time a player left a sub-standard replacement came in, I mean letting Rosey go for Cummings is so stupid its almost unbelievable.
