When's Andersons loan up?

I reckon we could get £250k for him, raise a bit of cash.

WIth McCarthy doing so well, Hamer on the bench, there's a real young en playing for the acad from Norway.

ANderson is not gonna make it here.

Ian Royal
yappy Would be good to see Davies back, even if its just to have him as an option on the bench. Knows where the goal is and can even fill in at right back, which is invaluable at the moment!

Good point, putting him at right back wouldn't be a bad bet, then Tabb could be used where he's more effective.

I know you have a bit of thing for Davies, but the lad hasnt played at right back above the reserves, so although it might be an interesting experiment it would also be a pretty big gamble

As a midfielder he is a good prospect, but one that gives the ball away far too much, but as a right back I dont know. Cant do any worse than Cummings though

He played Right Back for 20 minutes in the Burnley cup game and did just fine from what I remember of the evening.

I am guessng you mean the Barnsley game Zac, which is great, I dont thinl I went so I missed that

20 mins in a game like that is better than nothing, but its not quite the same as having played it a lot, which doesnt really put him too far behind our other options to be fair

I do think its still quite a gamble though, although one I am surprised Rodgers didnt look at

Shit yeh barnsley, to be honest if didn't have much defending to do as we had them on the back foot for the time he was in that position but he did what he had to simply and without fuss. He looked dangerous everytime he ran at someone and wasn't scared to do so. i'm also suprised rogers didn't give it a go after that.

Played a couple of times at right back for Aldershot too. Yes it's a gamble, but still an option.

How many times had Tabb played right back before this season?

Davies is right footed as well.

If the OS is correct, Mooney's loan ended on the 28th and Henry's expired on the 29th. Davies & McCarthy are set to return on the 4th at the moment. Hopefully we will get to see them in action in the next few weeks.

Antonio has extended his loan at Southampton to the end of the season.

At least he will have good experience in that division and will be ready for our promotion challenge next season.......

That will hopefully end that rumour where James Henry was meant to be going to Southampton.

Think he could fill an important gap for us and provide something we're missing, but at the same time it's not exactly a long extension and games are better than bench sitting. Playing him the way I would like would leave us a little short of experience in the midfield.
