Mr Angry Man United have their bid for Chris Smalling of Fulham accepted; no indication on the bid (though £7M was mentioned this morning)

Further news on this; Fulham to have Smalling for the rest of the season on loan, with the lad joining Man Utd in the Summer.

Newcastle have signed Wayne Routledge from QPR on a permanent deal. QPR fans are not happy.

According to the Sun Kitson turns down a move to the fake hoops. He's worn the original and best and said it would be like sleeping with the uglier sister.

Decent signing, but he's collecting clubs like nobodies business. Newcastle could be the right club for him to settle at for a few years.

He was one I always thought we should've signed when he left Spurs for Villa and I think he would've kept us up.

We should've signed him 12 months ago to help get us up IMHO

Whats going on at QPR? Selling Agyemang and Routledge within a couple of days? Maybe they're not as rich as they make out?

Why are they selling their best players when they have no permanent manager in place? Managers aren't gonna want to go there a) because of Briatore's history with managers and b) selling their best players.

Although a snippet on 5Live this morning suggested that Redknapp was going to make an 11th-hour bid to take Gudjonsson to Spurs.

£7m for a player who is yet to prove himself is a tad steep if you ask me.....considering Arsenal paid £10m for Thomas Vermalen, Belgium captain and Ajax regular. No wonder lots of teams go abroad for players these days - the English players seem to have their fee doubled before they've even done anything.

Smalling for someone who turned pro just over a year ago looks incredible. Be in the England squad after the WC.

Sure United haven't paid anywhere near £7m for him either.

LOLZ at the dildo seller. Redknapp has confirmed they have convinced Eidur to sign with them on loan until the end of the season. I imagine that one or both of Pavlechenko or Keane are out the door

Hopefully Hunt to Wolves does not happen, Hull go down in the summer and we see some deja vu with him whining like a biatch on Talk Spurt about how he is a Prem player and needs a move.

In talks with Hull over a new contract. That's got to be at least five improved deals over the last four to five seasons.

Fair play to the boy. He knows he ain't the best around and may only have 4-5 years in the top division earning good money. Just playing the system well to set himself and his family up for the future.
