Interesting snippet of an interview with him on Sky a bit earlier where you could tell he looked gutted not to be grabbing the rope out of Hull. Mentioned something about how he has kept quiet (this transfer window) and got on with it as he has let transfer "rubbish" affect him in the past. Yeah, thanks Stephen we noticed.

At first I thought £5 million for Shunt

But then, in an interview, Mick McCarthy was basically rueing the fact that no-one would come to Wolves even when they offered way over the odds for them

From a less sour grapes point of view, I think Hunt would be an asset to any struggling Prem team. If he's up for he, he has a phenomenal work rate.

Marcus Hahnemann quoted in today's Times, after being beaten by Hunt's penalty: "I knew he would want to take it. A lesser player would have felt the pressure and crumbled....He's one of those players you always want in your team instead of playing against you.
