Thaumagurist* BTW, your recent struggles with cover for the defence doesn't show your squad to be the best, does it?

Name a team that has conceded fewer Premier League goals this season.

Hoop Blah I think Fergie went into the season a forward light, and he's still not got the midfield to enable him to play two upfront without leaving the middle of the park a bit weak.
That's why Berbatov hasn't performed for Utd. He needs to play with another forward, and definately NOT upfront on his own. He also needs to play every week so that you get the best out of his good games but then you need to put up with his ineffective and sulking poor games. That's why I think he's better as a big fish in a smaller pond.
Rooney has been that good this season that he's carried Utd at times. Not because of his goals as much as he does the work of two upfront (as well as get the goals).
The rest of the squad is still a bit weak though, and if they were playing under any other name but Man Utd (and without Rooney and Ferdinand) plenty of teams would fancy their chances against them more than they do now.
