Snowball After the Scunthorpe game we were 11 points off the 6th place
That means we were accruing half-a-point per game less than 6th place.
After Mac's 9 games in charge we are 12 points off 6th, so have almost exactly matched
the top clubs in points-per-game since he took over.

cmonurz Great to have your stats back Snowball. My response is predictable - can't include cup games, beating Liverpool is irrelevant to our league form. .

RobRoyal Stopped reading this when I got to the bit where it said we would have got three points if Liverpool A had been a league game. It was 1-1 at 90 minutes, and league games don't go to extra time.

I think including 'points' from cup games is a bit iffy but not as much as pretending the cup games don;t have any relevance.
I strongly believe that the team have drawn huge confidence from the cup run and that has rubbed off on our league performances (combining with other factors to bring about our return to form(

So then you missed the bit where we got the stats for league games only.
