Royalee Piss off to the reserves where you belong, McAnuff showed you up today for what you are - a complete waste of space who only has one good game every 7 or 8.

Royalee spot on again.

Bring Rodgers back I guess too yea?

What's the odds on leading goalscorer this season.

And Kebe is cantering up the inside, he dinks, he scores, he falls over with aplomb.

I am happy to be proven wrong again! Goes to show what having the right manager in charge can do for a player. The finish for his second was awesome! And what a reception that he deservedly got when he went off. Who can I moan about now?

Kebe's form is sensational of late and one in the eye for his detractors - I include myself in that - and if he keeps this up he won't have to worry about being given some stick by Reading fans, he'll be playing in the Premier League  .

He is now on 7 goals from 18 starts, or 20.17 x 90 minutes

A scoring rate of 1 goal every 2.88 games or 1 goal every 259 minutes
almost the same as Church and now almost exactly 10 times the strike rate of Jobi

Can you stop with all these pointless statistics? Or at least make a thread yourself and post all your meaningless shit in there...

Maybe the current form of Kebe is what all the managers have seen from him in training hence him being picked. However is seems that only the person who scouted him can actually get him to play in matches as he does in training..

Heres Hopeing that Mcdermott becomes the most successful Reading manager of all time.

The game is not about stats, other than the number 5 and the number zero

but the stats like "7 goals" from "the worst player ever to wear a Reading shirt"

now they are just GREAT stats because they show the mindless to be, um, mindless.

Rax Well, as an RFC fan - I'm delighted Kebe is finally showing us some of his true form - long may it continue!

Even the most ardent STG wearer must appreciate what he's done recently??

Love him or hate him, he's OUR player and therefore you must support him - I would not like him in the oppo's team on this form, that's for sure!

One. Case. Rested.

Well played Jimmy!

Isn't it great to see what the lad can do with the crowd behind him.

The ovation he got was really rather moving in an odd sort of way...

Great to see today.lovely for the lad,and he can take great credit for today. Two months ago, even i,an arch kebenista, would say he wouldnt have taken that speculative shot, and most likely scuffed the 2nd. But with a bit of love from manager and crowd and look what can happen. Really deserved that ovation, and not just for today. Hes approaching little levels of entertainment.

Another fine piece of man management from McD to sub him and let him have the ovation from the fans.

Oh how I wish I was sat next to the Kebe slaggers in Y22 Row R Seat 330 something today!

Great performance from Jimmy lad. However, on a day that was heralded, for well documented reasons, as one for building bridges may be Jimmy could have built another little bridge of his own.

Rapport is a two way street and when the crowd were requesting acknowledgment from various members of our management and bench, who was the one person who failed to raise his hand?

Not a massive faux pas (indiscretion or social blunder Jimmy) but can't help feeling you missed a trick there mon ami.

Just as likely that the distant chant of "JIMMYJIMMYGIZAWAVE" didn't translate into French. His knowledge of English is apparently very poor (and shame on him for not improving it over the years). Perhaps we should start chanting at him in French. Suggestions please ... (Spacey, you are excused from this thread).

I though he did acknowledge the the crowd - albeit having been told what to do by one of the other people on the bench :?
