Definately not HNA related - Ive been getting them on my work email address, which I've never used here, but do use for online ticketing.

They are really amateur, but fairly sure they are official, just whoever is doing them isnt particularly proficiant with email/a computer/basic motor skills, and certainly not with the DPA

Edit: then again there is the possibility someone else has got hold of the database, hence the different email address. But then why spam us about LI?

I'm assuming someone saw the thread about the earlier 'genuine' mistake Spam, typed 'phpbbs hack' into Google .. registered the googlemail address and off we go.
Maybe it is different for others but I have never used the email I use on here for any other purposes so it seems it is a conclusive link for me. I'm not discounting addresses being sourced from multiple places so that others see different links.

As per some others, I'm getting these to my work address which isn't on faceyb or HNA but I have used for ticketing.

But I'm getting them on my work address which I don't use for FB or HNA and neither have I ever used it for ticketing. More to the point - Tredder has also been getting them and he's certainly never used his work address for RFC tickets!

I've thought of one other place I might have used the email address that is getting the mails. That is the 'spare' board that was setup when HNA was being very flakey. I'm not certain if I registered on that board with the particular email address in question, and tbh no longer have it bookmarked so I can't check. Is that a possibility for others ?

I usually get the official emails as am signed up on the Irish mailing list but have had none in this latest spate.

I got a reply to my email back to "London Irish" and it was from "Peter Barnes" - hmmmm, Man City player, TMD hates Man City - could it be him? It's certainly not really London Irish - so it's some "joker" who has now sent me another 4 emails - 2 of which were duplicates.
