Glory hunting suits me well though. I can sit on the sofa / pub Sat afternoons and post on hobnob during the week. A gr8 mix really.

Fair comment, if you put it that way.

Following a couple of moments that wouldn't look wierd in a mental home during our cup run so far, i can see myself being as excited as when i got up as a little nine year old only to see my dreams dashed by Schumacher ramming Hill off the track in Australia.

Think that's the only time i've been excited on a Sunday morning excluding hangover horn!

TheMaraudingDog I'm not saying anything though am I :|
You're the one bigging up who is and who isn't a Reading fan yet you're just as plastic as the Asian Reds and their fake replica tops.

Got me there TMD. Bang to writes.

^ Er, du-uuude

Looking forward to two delightful and nigh entirely stress-free hours before (my) lunchtime tomorrow as others around us in the division drop points and we gain a match in hand

'Greed on the I-hate-Sundays bit though --and I really I don't care for any of ours played at odd times-- but you'll hear no moans outta me given the circumstances

I am not in the slightest bit excited about Sunday....I have to go to work and concede my ST seat to some Reading based Villa fan..........

A shame you couldn't get the day off. One ear to the radio or sat near a TV i suppose.

How do you know it hasn't gone to some long standing reading fan who has committments that mean he can't have a ST?

Getting pretty excited about this now. Although must admit I'm feeling slightly lost today. It's weird not having a match on saturday.

Usually when i come back to berkshire for a match, i make a weekend of it - come back friday, match on saturday, out with mates on saturday night, and then back home to canterbury on sunday. but this weekend i woke up all excited on saturday, thinking it was match day, and it wasn't.

i will however, be uncontrollably excited tomorrow when it actually IS matchday

Make a night of it tonight and set yourself up for the match tomorrow. Don't be too fragile tomorrow though. :D

Very excited, and über nervous now! Got to work tomorrow so cant get down from manchester, the ST's are with the in-laws, and i've been debating all week whether to keep rushing to get snatched updates from the radio and web and messages,or sky+ it and watch it at home. In the end, decided to watch it delayed "as live"-everyone at work is under strict orders not to mention even a hint to me tomorrow! And there is the magic of this cup run to us-whilst i know we'll probably lose and about 9pm sunday night i'll be proud but disappointed...just that chance we do it, the dream of going to a semi final, the hope that keeps us all going back week in week out, is enough to make me want that feeling of excitement as i wait to see it all with my own eyes. Enjoy the game tomorrow you lucky folks who will be there, and fingers, toes and eyes crossed! Come on URZ!

I don't

...but I was there at the Liverpool game, and in fact I have been sat there since 2002

(when you factor in our Premiership years................I think that you will find that my assumptions are not too wide of the mark Ian)

I'm leaving Chesterfield at 7:30 tomorrow morning, picking my Dad up from Twyford and after a quick trip to see my Grandfather (his birthday tomorrow) we'll head to the Mad Stad.I'm SO SO excited about it. At work all the football based talk has been of our Q/F. This is despite my boss being a Forest fan, who didn't seem too fussed about the game today against Swansea.....he keeps waiting for the wheels to fall off their promotion wagon!!

Im not expecting us to win but maybe, just maybe we can put in a big effort together again and just sneak it. Please!!! I don't know if I can handle the hastle of the Villa lot in my pub, nowhere to run cos I've got to servethe buggers :)
