loyalroyal4life the guy is on fire wouldnt be surprised if someone came in for him this summer, cant see the club being proactive in giving him a longer deal

I was thinking that...three months ago we would have been glad to see the back of him but now amazingly I am sure there will be lower prem clubs looking (and apparently in a french interview he was talking about moving on. He was superb tonight and the first time pass for the first goal and the cool finish are light years from what he was....credit the Mac

I wonder if Kebe's revival is in any way connected to Jobi being such a revelation and the obvious right wing choice?

He's certainly giving MacDermott a bit of a headache!

The club have been exemplary in extending the deals of our better players over the years.

At least last night he had the confidence to smash that ball over in the first half. 8)
Wasteful but now more forgivable.

I think the great difference in him is this new willingness to thrash the ball goalwards as soon as he's in sight of the goal. I think McDermott has encouraged him to do that, and he must be thrilled by how it's working out. I've always wondered why wingers don't score more goals (SHunt, Jobi, not big scorers), as they often get close to goal on their meanderings. Have a shot, might as well.
