Murts-is-Lej Seriously miffed I got stuck in snotty Cambridge tonight and couldn't get down to the match. That's 9 goals I've missed in the last 2 weeks :x

Now, I'm not superstitious, and I know not to draw dodgy inferences without the full facts but... could you perhaps stay away for the rest of the season and then the boys will keep scoring!

Don't even joke about it - I was planning to get to the WBA game but couldn't get away that night either so went to the Villa match instead - REALLY :x

Not strong enough for playoffs, the way we played at times last night proved that. We can't maintain our performance in games long enough and there are periods where we look really vulnerable. I thought burnley were a poor side last season, but they had consistency and a bit more grind than we do, better defensively too.

This is the more convincing one - if you look at the predictions based on recent form, we end up 7th with 69.6 points.

We won't get in the play-offs this season.

BUT if by some miracle we do manage to, we would win them.

That's right. Whoever said that if we got in we wouldn't be good enough to win was smoking something.

Right then, so we win the playoffs, go up and then what. Do it the Coppell way and trust the team or for the second year running , strip the team and massively re-invest. Would SJM want that to happen right now even if it placed us on the 'radar' and made the club more enticing.

I would think a near but so far season would be the best outcome considering the shite we were in.

MaccyD to get the contract extension please.

 stop it now!! all of you! ... we're still only four points off the drop.. we're merely holding off the squeeky bum moments for the time being! one or two losses (quite possible with up coming games) and itll be time to start handing out the KY!
