Agreed - it takes a big man to apologise - he's done that, he's been great for us since McD has played him - everyone has off days - all the players must be tired - on to the next game and getting behind the whole team.

Can you fools even imagine if rio ferdinand or john terry turned round to their fans and did that? there would be 400 pages not just on their own forums, but world wide forums. Just because we are a division below the prem doesn't mean our players should act irresponsibly.

That said its a genuine apology and we should all move on, everyone was right to voice their concerns at the time.
