themadstad We failed to score from open play last night and we just didn't look like scoring. We created and broke away at times but just could not score and a few times the ball rolled across the face of goal but no one was there! We seem to be losing that clinical finishing a bit.
No chance we will get 7 wins from our remaining games. Much more likely to lose all our remaining games this month. Although our next three games we will max out at 3 points.
We are going to face some even tougher games now. Even a 7th finish is wishful thinking!!!

Oh woe is me, only 14 goals in the last 5 games!

themadstad Yes, but look at the opposition during those games. It shows we've improved yes and that we can make midtable...!

MmmMonsterMunch I would agree with you entirely madstad. Delighted that we've won the games we could or should have won in order to stay up. If we did keep the winning run going however, things could look very interesting by the end of the month.
I don't think we will but like I said 3 from 4 would really start to make me think "hang on a sec - we've got a chance"

themadstad I say that as at times we failed to convert some chances. Ok, yes, we had the goal line clearances. We were up against a tough defence, and we will come up against some more strong defences yet. We will need to take as many chances as possible in the up coming games.

IdealNR_Royal Quote from QPR forum:
"Hate to say it, but they have a stronger looking squad than us, and have underperformed this season. They would be in the play-offs at least if it wasn't for Rodgers."
+1,000,000
And anyone who says otherwise is a moron!!!

1960 I can't trawl through 11 pages, but has anyone made the point that it would be madness for us to try to get up this year? Sixth would be a triumph after our miserable start, but losing in the play-offs should suit us. As the form team on a roll we could have a shout at winning the play-offs, but what then? disaster in the Prem surely? Too soon, I say. Let's finish a nice seventh, strengthen in the summer and give it a good crack next year.
