Ian Royal McAnuff over Kebe? Seriously?

Even though McAnuff hasn't done a great deal since Rodgers left and Kebe has got into double figures with goals?

Definitely McAnuff over Kebe for me. Think he's been very consistent for us & has had to play on the left a lot as well which isn't his favoured side. Kebe wins 2nd half of season without question but McAnuff more consistent over the whole season for me.

This.

I voted for Bertrand. Solid all season and exciting since Xmas.

Gylfi will win though.

 3 months ago, we would have taken that as a sarcastic comment.

My top 5, and I could probably but a case for any to be POTS

Kebe, love him or loathe him on his day he could be a world beater. Definitely most improved this season and he'd be the first on my team sheet.
Bertie, played pretty well every game and always looks a threat going forward, not too good defensively but has really shone this season
Tabby, he's everywhere. We miss him when he's not playing.
Griff, very understated, does his job consistently and occasionally does something brilliant going forward
Gylfi, truely gifted and skillful and despite going missing for a large part of many games he pops up and scores. Will be remembered for the Liverpool game (but just imagine if Jobi had score after that dribble)

Kebe 1st

He should get it just to put it up to the fickle hobnob posters who dont understand wing play, this goes back years.

Bertrand is 2nd

Siggy is 3rd (but you player by a mile)

LOL, get over yourself. If you think Kebe demonstrated anything like 'wing play' before the last 3 months then you need your head checked. He's upped his game ten-fold by improving his decision-making, work-rate, strength and working on his delivery. He was absolutely awful for two years, thank goodness he appears to have turned the corner and fair play to him.

I voted Kebe purely because Gyfi will win and I fancied voting someone else so I voted my second choice.

10 goals and plenty of assists. Instrumental in our rise up the table. Worthy of inclusion according to virtually everyone. Best? Probably not, but hardly lols worthy.

Always been a good player, delivered plenty first half of last season.

as unfair as it is to the stellar perfomers who have shot us up the table since xmas - like mills, griffa, kish, tabb, kebe etc imo you have to be consistant across the whole season.

so its:
1: gylfi
2: berti
3:...............oh poo..........mcanuff, despite totally contradicting my last post.
as one of the only players to play almost every game, and play ok in all of them.

Bertrand & Gylfi consistently good performances across the whole season. Can't argue with that at all. Even though I've had my doubts about Bertrand.

Basically it's a total toss up depending on your own personal bias for third between McAnuff, Kebe, Church, Tabb, Griffin, Federici, Howard, Long, Karacan, Mills & Gunnarsson. All have had good spells to greater or lesser extents. All have played crucial parts over the season and all have had poorer spells as well or not played for large swathes of the season...

I think its harsh on Kebe to say he was awful for 2 years. Last year was the 1st season he played regularly and he still managed to get the 5th highest assists in the league. http://www.football-league.co.uk/page/D ... 87,00.html

Of the players above him, R Wallace is the only one not playing in the Prem so Kebe must have done something right last year.

Gylfi - top scorer
Tabb - mr dependable. Called in as an emergency right back when Cummings fell apart by Rodgers, then put back in the middle when got...
Family Guy - showed us what we've been missing for the last 2 years. I know he's only been here half a season, but the work he's put it in that time has been immense.

The problem with Kebe is that when he oxf*rd up, he does so spectacularly. These abhorrations can now be forgiven while he continues to deliver an end product.

As for POS, I went for Gylfi. He has been consistently our best player OVER THE SEASON. I am yet to vote for the actual winner.

Like the backtracking there.

Jobi would've achieved god-like status forevermore & probably would have got 2nd if he'd scored that goal at Anfield as well.
