Unfortunately, yes, one of our most expensive signings didn't do a lot and didn't endear himself to us by refusing to play in a reserves game.

And my vote goes to Stephen Hunt. If football was all about running about then fine. He does this well. But, when it comes down to it, he is pretty shit. All that he has achieved is notoriety for hospitalising Petr Cech.

John Halls is an option.

Now, I'm one one to curse but he was f*cking useless.

1. Robbie Fowler
2. Bobby Zamora
3. Darren Powell

All signed various times for us and never were good enough for an appearance. Woeful.

Suggesting Hunt as a genuine candidate for worst reading player this millennium is embarrassing. It just smacks of complete and utter drivel.

These threads are always stupid. The worst Reading player this millennium is clearly some random youth player who never played for the first team and was shipped on. Maybe even peter castle or campbell, not someone who we ended up selling for millions.

totally agree, hunt was an entertaining player on his day, shame he was a barely literate gippo that is now on his way back to obscurity.

I'm basing my post based on price and expectation.

In my opinion Emerse Fae was the worst player.

No.13 - excellent at time but prone to fits of lethargy. Does not deal with stress and unable to provide adequate back up at crucial moments...
