None of them play on the wing like Bale though....

For what it's worth I think he's a very talented player with a lot going for him. The form he's shown recently is why they paid so much money for him but he's still a young lad and youngsters just don't perform like that week-in week-out and he obviously took a bit of time to find his feet at a big club like Spurs.

Next season will be a big one for Bale and it'll be interesting to see how he copes with the expectations.

He looked good upon arrival at Spurs then the injury hit and he looked mediocre at best for a long time after his return. Class right now though, finding form. If he can stay fit he has all the makings of a top class full back. Gutted he's Welsh.

To think a year ago the likes of Forest were sniffing around an out of form left-back, and now Inter (before last night's match) are rumoured to be considering a move for him.

Yes but he's a Welsh monkey look-a-like for which I'm extremely grateful. All we need is young Aaron and Jack back from injury and we will be ready to give Fabio's prima donnas a good kicking next year.
