Well, if Carragher's should have been a red so should Findley's there... Another potential ankle breaker.

Promising signs now, and I think Johnson has had a pretty decent game.

And its definitely not exclusive to England but overhit passes and crosses are really getting quite boring, hope the players can get used to the ball soon.

Not a goalscorer.

Apart from that miss and some offsides he's been excellent. And we're all over the US.

We spend the first hour in a mad rush to lose possession anytime we gain it

Then ten minutes entirely under siege

After that, when we need to hurry whenever presented with the odd chance to counter, we've got nuttin'

Ian Royal I think we've been completely in control and bar Green's idiocy would be 2 up by now.

You can't argue it didn't completely suck the life out of us in the first half and give the US a route back into contention. We've not had many clear cut chances, but we've been by far the most threatening, despite having been hit with a total sucker punch.

One thing I will say though. Wright-Phillips has been very poor.

So there we go. 1-1 as predicted. Draw pretty much completely down to Rob Green.

David James & Joe Cole into the starting line up please. Possibly Crouch too, but only because he'll score goals against the remaining two less good teams. Because that's what he does.

Why was he subbed on, and Milner off, in the first place?

I never got an explan7ion for that

Milner was playing like shit and got booked. J.Cole would have been better.

Milner was on a yellow early on and Donavon was causing problems with Cheryndolo so I guess it was to put more of an attacking therat there and to protect against the second yellow.

Ian Royal 1-1 with England to win the remaining two games.

If we do win, it'll be a spawny goal against the run of play.

can't understand why Joe Cole didn't play a part. Milner was shocking and SWP was anonoymous :-|

would rather upson than Carragher in defence too
