Maguire Seven-way acca is usually destined for failure.

True, but after last night, I thought I had it in the bag.

If all the other results go my way, then imma be pissed at NZ tbh.

Spain-Chile double, £5 for £10.10

On Ladbrokes so 4 free £5 bets, hopefully these will go better than the 3 Willhill bets which came to nothing...

Not been a good WC for me so far but got BRA v PRK at over 2.5 today, although I admit that the salvation didn't come from the expected source.

Tomorrow got Chile and SPA v SWI at over 2.5

Reckon i'm about even for this tournement now. Will probably just do a (hopefully) safe Chile/Spain win which should double me up.

At the moment I'm up (including the 'longer term tournament winners/top goal scorer bets I put down).

Not putting massive bets on, between a couple of quid and a fiver most games but at this stage of the tournament with 3 games a day I'm looking at it as a marathon, not a sprint!

Last few days I been putting £5-00 on the first game (usually unders), getting the winnings and putting them on the next one and so on. As I say, not massive bets but making about £10-00 a day which will do me as I'm up at the moment and there's still plenty of games ahead!

Chile 4/6 is a stonking price, doubling up with Spain seems like buying money

Also on a Spain/Chile double, at 2.36 on Betfair, also for £10.

Only bet I have on is £5 at 9s on Fabiano to be top scorer, after last nights showing I think the bookies are safe

NR_Royal Right, I've decided to take up 888sport.com's offer of a fully refundable first £20 bet.

Accumulator on:

Germany to beat Australia
Holland to beat Denmark
Slovakia to beat NZ
Brazil to beat North Korea
Spain to beat Switzerland
Chile to beat Honduras
and the most risky: Italy to draw with Paraguay

£20 returns £432.93

:D

Spain probably won't beat Switzerland....and I won't be annoyed.

Grrr...won the first game and went to put the winnings on 'unders' for the Spain game...stupid app wouldnt finalise the bet on my phone in time.

Putting on 'unders' in late kick off instead now to try make up for it and will reassess my strategy for the second round of games tomorrow which will hopefully bring some attacking football!

A-France Must win tomorrow
B-Argentina should do it
C-England dunno what to think
D-Germany should do it
E-Holland should do it
F-Italy also dunno what to think
G-Brazil should do it
H-Spain Must win their games and hope for results

I think France should beat Mexico tomorrow. But not by 3 goals. I also think Spain will win their other two games. It might not be over. :D
