Ian Royal Spain just don't ever do anything. They were so dull. Germany couldn't get hold of the ball though, so it was effective. Definitely missed Muller. I thought Podolski was fairly poor too.

Bloody hell Ian! It was a joy to watch, their passing was superb while patient as well.

The Surgeon of Crowthorne Dull game. Spain deserved to win, but I'd much rather watch Germany in the final. Spain seem to rely on boring the opposition into submission this competition. They were much more exciting to watch at the last Euros but here they're just dull.
Fact of the matter is Spain did a professional job, retained the ball well and were more effective in the final third.
Ian Royal Don't get me wrong, Spain were very good, and technically excellent.
But they are really dull and rely on tiring teams and sneaking a goal where they aren't massively superior. Some superb ball keeping and passing. But Jesus Christ it's not entertaining in any way.

Baines Spain were excellent. Germany had been the team of the tournament and they barely got a sniff. I don't really like Spain and was hoping the Germans would win, but the almost complete control the Spanish had during the second half was awesome.
If you don't find that entertaining, I'm not really sure why you watch football.
