Ferris Probs means fcuk all, but Jobi's modelling the new kit tomorrow, doubt they'd have him do it if he was on the verge of leaving.

Didn't Shorey do it a couple of seasons ago just before he left?

Oh and shockingly I mostly agree with statball. Although there's no way we'd spend more than 50% of what we got for Jobi and no matter how much you spend you can't pick up guaranteed 20 goal a season strikers.

I knew someone had. I'd all but managed to blank that useless cock out of my memory for a moment there.

This bloke sounds familiar, can't quite place him.

QPR have turned their attentions to right-winger Tommy Smith as the final piece in a pre-season jigsaw following a failed attempt for Reading’s Jobi McAnuff.
Sm ith is available for a fraction of the £1.8million Portsmouth paid Watford for the 30-year-old a year ago as the relegated Premiership club look to slash a wage bill that plunged them into administration.
Rangers enquired about McAnuff nearly a month ago, but were put off by the £2million asking price.
However, they still need someone on the right to complete a squad that gets going with an outing at non-league Tavistock FC on Monday – and boss Neil Warnock thinks Smith could fit the bill.

£2m asking price? Lets see, how much was I saying I'd want for him? £2m wasn't it?

IR in knowing what he's talking about as usual.

Got a text from the club and Jobi's probably not playing in tomorrows game due to slight knock.

Oh well that's him gone to QPR then.

Well that will have to be a knock that forces him to come back to England to sign on the dotted line at the fake hoops

Were they horizontal stripes that went all the way round the shirt?

OS has confirmed that McAnuff has an "injury" and cannot pay today so I think we can definitely assume that he going to QPR now. Sounds like the "injuries" to Kitson and others we have seen in the past to me.

Ridiculous statement. Of course you can "assume" anything you like, but don't include the "we".

None of us have a clue about this situation

Agreed, the club would definitely pay money to take him halfway across the continent, put him up with the rest of the squad and then sell him.

They were green and white when he got on the plane, but blue and white when he got off. Very strange.
