Absolutely shocking. Waste of time. Time to buy / loan / whatever just get some new players in! Even the McAnuffs and Kebes of our squad cant hold us together and get goals, defend and everything else in just 90 minutes. Striker and centre back needed, quickly.

RoyalBlue Thank you very effing much you barsteward Madejski. Tonight you really have reaped what you have sewn. Empty promises from an empty vessel, incapable of walking his talk.

Yet still so many people fail to see the emperor standing there absolutely starkers!

Manager not Madejski tonight.

Man for man we are better than Northampton and should be capable of beating them easily.

Right...

Why did he bring Taylor on as a RB when he should have brought Howard off to save him for Saturday?

Was also hoping N.Hunt would get around 45 tonight, in order to be fresh to start at Leicester.

We have not spent any of the money we received from being in the premiership and subsequent parachute payments. The 'Reading way' oxf*rd sucks madejski, you are a bright lad we need signings urgently.

We finished 8th in the prem without spending big and now you believe we can get away with it year after year. Last year should have been enough of a warning.

Yes tonight we should have won and I don't care about tonights result. This shows we have no depth and are oxf*rd if we lose a key player to injury.

Get a centre back and a decent forward or we could be in trouble.

Strikers who can't score and defenders who not only leak goals like a sieve but also help the opposition score.

That's what you get from the Manic Tailor Madejski's cloth cutting!

Cheer-up boys. We went out of the League Cup last year around this time and had  two draws, and two losses. We'll be fine at the turn of the year when Eamonn takes over and leads us to 7th place this time. onwards and upwards.

tbh i think they need to trial some supporters to see if we can do any better as we seem to have much more determination and passion then the current lot. Dont you think its time that supporters should play for their clubs  I am going to make a trial centre for supporters between the ages of 14-30 then McDermott picks the best 11 for the next game and they play, personally i think it's a genious idea, anyone in with me on this idea? 8)

I'm waiting with bated breath to see whether Baldy McD can outdo Rodgers with his comments after this disaster.

Show some balls McD and point the finger at the one common factor behind our failings of the past few years....... take a bow Madejski!

What worries me is that our first choice left back was embarrased time and again by a division two winger, we relied on two goals from centre half, our reserve keeper looks terrified of coming off his line, the midfiled got out thought and out fought and we looked toothless up front.

Shame Antonio had to go off though, as he was causing them all sorts of problems, but Jake Taylor seemed way out of his depth whereas Kelly I thought did OK.

I was not one of the Rodgers slammers, and in all reality this shambles isnt totally down to McD, the one common factor in all this 3 or 4 years load of crap is the egomonster Madejski, I just hope he was there tonight to oversee another one of his investments going tits up, and not surprisingly on these threads his love children are becoming less and les..........................not before time either !

anybody got any idea where the 7 minutes of stoppage time came from? IT's very rare to have that much in a 45 minute half, let alone a 15 minute one.
