not everyone thinks Liverpool are the best football team in the world, nor Liverpool fans the greatest people/most knowledgeable fans in the world.
Just accept that a lot people don't care about LFC in the same arse licking way the media does. I remember a number of interminably dull 1-0 European victories and the overuse of the backpass rule so don't get me f*cking started on the "glory days".

By all means dislike Liverpool but try to come up with a 'joke' that's 1. funny; 2. new; 3. relevant.
Just how many European games did you manage to watch back in the early 80's? Must have required a bit of effort on your part?
