Snowball
RG30 Charged by the FA following an incident after the game with Bellamy, three match ban

I thought you were joking!

Jeez, that's a sickener. So it's not who comes in for Elwood (or should it be Rocky?) for QPR, but for 3 games.

Next question, does the QPR game count as one of the three games?

H QPR YES
A Norwich
A Sheffield
H Watford YES-NO?

OS article says "yes" so he is available for Watford.

you can see him jab someone in the back in the video highlights, its completely innocuous but also technically violent conduct

The push on mcanuff is worse though :|

I like how you did that.

Bl8s did it on purpose to avoid the more difficult fixtures and keep his unbeaten run going...

Not Ledge's, read the charge.

"Leigertwood was charged with violent conduct following Tuesday evening's draw with Cardiff City. The incident occurred amidst a melee of players from both teams, moments after the midfielder had been adjudged to have committed the foul which led to the home team's equaliser."

Much as we need the win v QPR it's one I've "allowed" a defeat in my head
but then we need a draw at Norwich and Leeds or a win at one of them.

If we can't get a result at Sheffield, then really we don't deserve a PO spot.

So we just need another Longy special away to Norwich, and it'll all be OK...

Bellamy is, he hasn't been punished yet, because he hasn't accepted the charge like Ledge did.

Totally agree with this. Chopra is a thoroughly horrible individual, he can't keep his mouth shut and some of his tackles on goalkeepers are awful. I think I remember one against Fed a couple of seasons ago.

Further evidence, if any was needed, that Gavin Ward - so called referee - is a complete and utter merchant banker!

Not only did his incompetence lead to the brawl but he then failed to deal with that properly (how come no red cards at the time from the visually impaired officials?) and has to rely on his mates at the FA to sort out the mess for him. If they had any balls they would suspend him too!

And just as both clubs face charges of failing to keep their players under control the pcnut Ward should be charged with failing to keep the game under control!

and he will be "penalised" under FAW not under the FA. They really don;t care about the FA so let cardiff and swansea away with murder

The FAW will give him a pat on the back and tell him how well he did!

It really is ludicrous how welsh clubs are allowed to play in English leagues yet are not affiliated to the same organisation as the rest of the teams.

They should either become affiliated to the FA or disappear off to the Welsh League.

Should one of the Welsh clubs be promoted this season, I suspect this will get sorted next season when one of the giants (Fergie, Wenger etc.) whinges about a player from that club getting dealt with lightly by the FAW.

One rule/game for the PL, another for the rest of English football!

I agree with this except 'either become affiliated to the FA or' . Remove those words from the sentence and you have the perfect solution.

The fans of both Cardiff and Swansea both hate this - they would much rather be governed by the English FA.
