h you mean the one that has consistently conceded goals that has resulted in to many games that should have been wins being draws and games that should have been draws being defeats. Take your RTG's off and you might see this squad for what it is a mid to lower championship side.

Not confrontational just passionate and a realist. I'm not saying anything like Madejski out, we're probably 3-4 good signings and couple of more years development for the younger players away from being a real force in this division again. McDermott is still building a team and I think it'll be another season at least before we see its full potential.

We aren't very good though, we're ok nothing more than that and our current position in the table is probably about right. We've got potential to be a very good side depending on how players develop and who we bring in over the next couple of transfer windows.
