Plus, she said on here that she was going to speak to other STAR members and supporters at the Watford game, long after many of us had bothered to email the club to ask more questions and long after I'd given the "non-refundable deposit for a seat" idea by way of email to customer services and also in a letter to The Board of Directors. So, to make out STAR have been doing all sorts behind the scenes "for the fans" is rather misleading, wouldn't you say?

Well, you can hardly accuse me of selective quoting if what I heard distinctly said "cash flow problems". If it's not cash flow problems, it makes the whole situation even worse in my eyes! They don't NEED the money before early June, as usual!

Well run club my arse! At last the loyal supporters are seeing and experiencing what I have been talking about for ages. The club treats YOU with contempt. If only SDR and Thou Voice were posting - that would make my day complete.

The cheek of it, the fact we have received FAR more than the ENTIRE football league and HALF of the premiership on player sales in the last 3/4 years ( over 25 million) and we STILL claim to have cash flow problems. This is just downright disgusting.

Isn't cash flow just the movement of cash, therefore over the summer they will not have funds coming in but still going out - hence a cash flow problem? Esp if other funds have already been used for other reasons?

Not really understandable, that 7 million from sig should WELL cover us up to the start of next season. Where exactly are all the funds going, because our wage bill now is a mere fraction compared to previous seasons.

No different to every other season for the last x years though I wouldn't have thought.

The budgets are there to cover the 12 months of a year. I'm guessing they want to use this deadline as a way of getting more money in quicker as that's good for your business and also helps them establish the budgets for the next season...ie set the amount we need to sell Long and Federici for in order to maintain our 'well run' status.

A cynic might think it's such an early deadline because they know the budgets already and want as many people to renew before the next round of sales start.....
