That's all very well, but you could also say that he plays in a lot of draws, which I think is a result of Brian's determination to play two defensive midfielders per game.

I'm not arguing pros or cons, just stating the facts. However a season of W23 D23 would almost certainly make RFC Champions...

He doesn't add that quality enough to warrant a place ahead of Tabb or Karacan, certainly given his workrate when we're without the ball.

disagree. Howard puts in a good shift and makes some pretty important tackles when he plays.
