As per normal, people seem to be able to find something negative to say about the club

He's hardly being negative... People need to make travel plans, need to know the cost of the ticket etc. Shall I give you an example of how rubbish this is..

Arsenal fans could buy their tickets on Thursday...

I'm only bothered by the details tbh so I know when I will be able to get my ticket. Having to rely on the Royal Mail doesn't inspire me with confidence, thus I'd rather have a longer time for them to deliver the tickets.

Yeah I'm a bit annoyed about this too. My royalty points won't put me in anything above the second-to-last category, I can't make it to the ticket office to collect, and the game is on sunday so they have to arrive a day before. When will I be able to buy? Wednesday? More likely Thursday? That's cutting it damn fine.

Particularly as you'll have to send your Royalty points off to the ticket office before they'll send the tickets out.

I really can not understand why it is taking the club so long to put arrangements in place. No wonder the brewery closed down - couldn't get the parties arranged!

Maybe yesterday would have been a bit of a push but it's now after midday on Friday and still no news!!

This is going, by necessity, to lead to a very compressed selling time. Also, for those intending to use the train, they will either have to book and gamble that they will get their ticket or wait longer and pay higher fares.

Worst case, is it difficult to get tickets in the home end (insert your own joke here)? Membership card required etc?

The coach can do pick ups, but you would have to go to the STAR office.

If I can't buy in person tomorrow then Tuesday would be the latest i'd be comfortable buying online / by phone for delivery to Staffers. Otherwise will have to chance it for pay on the day.

Surely as Once were Biscuitmen said if home fans getting in the away end is a concern they can do pay on the day to Reading member card holders strictly one per member card.

City are putting their tickets on general sale on Sunday 6th March.

If they do have a high demand, I can't see them waiting until Thursday or Friday to see if we need anymore than the 3,000 that we have requested.

Come on RFC, any chance of some information please??

Likewise; already £70 odd for the (return) train from London and that price is only going to go one way
