URZZ Surely we won't keep Shane. He's on FIRE.

KERCHING!

And this time it's likely to happen even if the Chairman wants to keep him (unless we are promoted this season). He is clearly a PL player despite his lack of pace*

If we aren't already we would start sniffing around to find two decent replacements and try to get some pre-contractual agreement in place. Every penny received for Long (less agents' money) should be reinvested in two decent replacement strikers.

*Keegan's view LOL

Come on, you should know better than that!! If we get £4m for Long the team will see, if we're lucky, £1m at the very most. Do not bank on us spending much this summer. We'll be told the Long money will help cover this ongoing deficit...

How come it seems like every team we're chasing gets to play Preston every time I look up? Or at least it just seems that way... :(

Excusing the fact we have them after Barnsley and Portsmouth?

Everyone gets their turn.

McD beat you to it - why do you think Manset and Williams were signed in the Jan window? Replcaements already in place and "schooled in the Reading way" when Long leaves in Aug.
