Royal Lady Rest of my family are QPR supporters - and a friend or two - and I do feel for them - it's not their fault - but they have been crowing about their league position and more or less think they're guaranteed auto promotion - so this will just cut them down to size. Maybe.

Royal Rother QPR will NOT be playing football in the Premier League next season. FACT.
Well, it's not actually, but I'm very very confident.

As much as I would LOL - if it meant Cardiff get an auto spot I'd be gutted.
One of my summer highlights was going to be watching the double play-off losing finalists (hopefully to us this time) go bust when all the debt they've gambled on promotion gets called in. Still, hopefully Norwich or Burnley can nick an auto spot ahead of them.

I'm with you on that if Cardif fail to go up they will surely hit finacial melt down?
Jackson Corner QPR on the other have the highest wage bill in the Championship and the most hated manager. Norwich 23 million in the red yet still buying players, Swansea managed by Brenda, I haven't forgiven Burnley for doing us in play offs, Forest managed by a short arsed bad dressed Jock who blames everyone else except himself when his team loses. And Leeds well lets not go there. I've decided I don't want anyone to go up..............Except us

Ian Royal QPR will blatantly try and string this out as long as possible in the hope of forcing the FA into just fining them so that the fixture lists and promotion and relegation aren't thrown into absolute chaos.

The Cube So let's see what might happen if the FL (as expected) bottle a points deduction and QPR end up as champions:
(a) QPR should have had points deducted last season so Sheffield Wednesday sue them.
(b) The second place team this season sues QPR for the trophy.
(c) The third place team sues QPR for not getting automatic promotion and for not getting parachute payments from 2012 onwards (because anyone finishing third or lower in this season's Championship is clearly coming straight back down).
(d) The seventh place team sues QPR for not getting into the play-offs.
(e) The 22nd placed team sues QPR because they go down.
(f) Johnstone's Paints sue QPR for not being able to use the comedy value as publicity in their competition this season.
And every single prosecutor begins his speech with "M'lud, I would like to quote from a Mr Neil Warnock, better known as Colin, when in 2007 he said...."

Once were Biscuitmen QPR have also had a number of other interesting transfers with players coming in only to be loaned out or "sold" but then turning up in the reserve team again in a few months.
The danger must be once the attention of the FA is belatedly drawn to the club and that of HMRC to some of the financial loans the chairman and his family have received that this is just the tip of a fairly dodgy iceberg.
