Confiscated as i was searched. But TBF the time had passed and i was in two minds about putting it up. Benreading took a sneaky photo as they confiscated it.

The only good thing about it was that everyone stood - everything else was poor.

Bought ticket for the home end (east stand) online.....pitched up at 25 past 4.....queued for 30 minutes to pick up a fkn paid for envelope from some little poxy portakabin with about 5 staff serving!!!! I missed the first 10 minutes, but I reckon some of those City fans missed the entire first half as they were still queuing out the door when I left. Useless tossers.

This has probably been mentioned on page 58 or whatever, but if they trusted home and away fans to sit together like they do at rugby, none of this would happen.

Well I enjoyed my day out. Enjoyed chatting to the Man City fans, although they were planning their trip to Wembley before the game (to face Bolton of all teams  ), liked the stadium, though the view from top of the second tier seemed very far from the pitch and a bit quiet, and enjoyed watching their Posnan celebration sweeping round the stadium like a Mexican wave.

Billy The Fish My tickets arrived today.

Mine has still not arrived! Had a tense wait at City TO whilst they hunted for the re-print and then when they eventually found it there was no bar code so did not operate turnstile.
Still on the plus side I got to park for free after telling stewards on the gate I was picking up a ticket.

Why was it confiscated? It wasn't as though it was having a go at their club or were they feeling guilty too?

Shame after all that work you did on it. What was the final wording?

BTW, next time wrap it around your body and under your coat before you go in. If they can't find blue smoke bombs they won't find a banner hidden that way.

Seemed to be double standards in the stadium as they appeared happy to let their supporters drape banners over the wall of the first tier but were seen to take RFC's down!
