England fans are the biggest bunch of divs going, I've never been to an England game and wouldn't go if it was free.

Half are post Euro 96 face painters while the other half are brain dead mongs from backward towns like Burnley.

Supporting England died a death in the early 90's, sadly I missed out.

Hopefully, we can have a change of anthem when our Queen dies.

I think that's a given

Indeed, it'll just be "God Save The King" instead.

Unless the whole Royal family gets wiped out and then we'll be singing God Save Colonel Gaddafi, or something.

Take it from me it's not that difficult switching from one gender to the other.
Back to the game, today we are hearing the media hyping both Parker and Wilshere.
Wales started with 6 players who do not play in The Premier League.
England started with 6 players from the top 4 in The Premier League.
Wales have got 0 points in this group.

Can we please reserve judgement on both Wilshere and Parker.
Wilshere has great potential and playing regularly for Arsenal his game should develop especially scoring goals which doesn't yet appear to be part of his game.
Parker is only 18 months younger than Fat Frank and although he excels in a poor West Ham side he has failed to shine at better clubs and he is just another workhorse like Milner who is about 6 years younger.
Based on yesterday some pundits were suggesting that Gerrard (as well as Frank) might now struggle to get into this side.
Barry maybe
Frank maybe
but England cannot afford to be without their best player.

No

I was inferring to watching the whole game (be it home or away) on BBC or ITV

Before your time..obviously

although in the defence of Sky and ESPN....at least they don't have Adrian Chiles

Totally agree on the principal there VM. Yet again we see an over reaction to a promising against a very average side. Parker had a very sound game, Young tore them apart whilst we were trying and Wilshire just goes from stength to strength, but to get too carried away is repeating the same error the country/media has done over the last 10 years or so.

I think that's a bit harsh on Milner though. He is a very hardworking player, where ever he's asked to play, but he's also technically good and has a very good eye for a pass. He may struggle to hold down a place in this side with the options we have out wide but he may be a good option to suceed Lampard and Gerrard in the middle of the park.

Against the Swiss I'm already expecting a change in formation with Carroll and Gerrard probably spearheading a 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 kind of formation (depending on form and fitness). It will be a good thing if Cappello finally breeds a bit of competition in the midfield though, and if that means Gerrard doesn't walk back into the side then that would be a good thing.

Tails Something special about the our national anthem though, you have to admit!

Special in the respect that it is not about the nation, but about one person. :|

LoyalRoyalFan Try and find an national anthem sung as passionately by the fans as the English anthem is.

Presumably, you've never heard the Fields of Athelry at Croke Park....
