RobRoyalCompo's HatBig Foot Karacan can can
He's our local kebab man
Karacan can can
From his shop or from his van
Falafel with a sprite
Try his doner meat tonight
He does halal of course
Is it lamb or is it horse?
Thought the last line was 'you should try his chilli sauce.'
Seriously? I thought the point of chants was to big up players and show our support - you know, maybe make them play better. Do you think Karacan will feel great about a bunch of fucking mongs going "Ah, he's turkish-born. Let's pretend that he makes kebabs, since every turkish person we've ever met makes kebabs"?
LAME.

As for the 30 or so teenage tw@ts who were throwing bins into the road and lamely trying to attack people before the match, I'd have liked to have seen them take on some proper hooligans, they'd have probably gone running home to their mummies. Grow a set before you start playing the billy big b*llocks act.

Of all the clubs in the Championship to sing that song, you really have to laugh at Portsmouth and their run down rust bucket stadium.
Fancy losing your cup finaLOL. Season over, night night.

susieroyal Today Port Vale fans sage "Chesterfield is a shit hole, I wanna go home". Didnt really fit though. And Chesterfield > Stoke. And BT Internet Stadium >>>>> Vale Park.
They also sang "we're taking your town, we're taking your town, we are Port Vale, and we're taking your town". Another shite song before they all got their knickers in a twist and went all spazmo. Our fans are often pretty quiet, but I'll take that any day over one of our fans spitting at the opposition physio. Utter utter plebs!

Compo's Hat R.I.P. The South Bank

2 world wars, 1 world cupCompo's Hat R.I.P. The South Bank
Agree.
But as I'm leaving youth-hood I'm learning more and more that things may never be as good as they were in the "good ol' days" and that the likes of us who used to lead the chants in the Southbank have to just sit back and accept what comes.
Not only have we now grown old and do not chant at home like we used to, but we've got a different stadium, with crippling reserved seating, post-goal music and a big surge of new blood thanks to our recent successes.
Quite different to the longstanding diehard fans of the old southbank who'dgravitate towards the noise and huddle up shoulder to shoulder to produce something formidable.
I am sure thought that the atmosphere will return bt it will be a gradual process.
