I like Mills, but if he's a 2 Million Pound player then Elwood is 4M.

Value is really pointless though, it is a players worth to the team, not in cash. Leigertwood is a main part of the success of this team, yet he is not good enough for a place at QPR. Seems like he is enjoying the way that BM has used him, and is fitting in well, he might not be so good in another side with a different style of management, and playing style..
