Harpers So Solid Crew Burnley winning well so pressure will surely be on Leeds for friday, can we take advantage.? they could drop out of top 6 if we beat them.

JC So what result do we want tonight between Ipswich & Norwich. If Norwich lose then QPR are promoted (on GD). In that case it would mean thay do not need to bother too much against Cardiff. Perhaps a draw would be best for us

Svlad Cjelli Looking more and more like the play-offs it is - and we eed 4 points to be mathematically certain of them - although 3 points will *probably* be enough considering GD.

Snowball As many have said, maybe Pompey are destined to put us back in the Premiership.
Fate.

Given most people thought we'd struggle to make the play offs a month ago I don't think we should be too upset at that.

Harpers So Solid Crew It's like negativity city here, I hope none of the players watch this.
So Ian you suspect we are not going up, hardly worth reaching the play offs then is it. There is no reason at all that Norwich wont drop two points in thier 3 games. Away to Pompy is not easy, and anyone can slip up at home.

Of course it's worth reaching the play offs you silly old plank. I've already ably demonstrated this season that what I suspect at one point in the season doesn't necessarily mean it's going to be relevant all season or come true.
And suspecting we won't go up through the play offs is still a better chance than not being in the play offs at all.
It also raises our profile and encourages our players that we're nearly there and could push on that little bit further next season, so give us another 6 - 12 months. And makes it easier to attract better signings.
