JC Allocation now increased to 4,000

As one of those that was unhappy with the cup ticketing fiasco. I must say that the club seem to have learnt from that and are acting very quickly with regard to this game. We seem to be increasing the allocation every few days.

Different scenario I know, but fair play non the less.

Big difference is that the stand would otherwise be empty - so no chance of Coventry selling the tickets themselves. Plus, of course, a lot more time available for sales.

Reading must still be approaching Cov on a regular basis to get these increases though. The home side need to plan many things other than ticket sales and need the time to do that. I'm just saying fair play to them for acting so quickly this time.

Just spoken to a friend with good connections at the Ricoh.

Coventry already have in place arrangements for upto 6,500 Royals fans.

They are aware that Reading have sold around 2,200 tickets so far.

Good news!

The rocket re-opened on 18th of April as an African themed pub, inflatables should go down well!

The new tenants are keen to keep the pub open for the traditional football crowd. Opening times are 10.30am.

Appreciate it. Was just literally going to post that very picture, well, one with a stage on.. Are away fans normally housed in the corner then?
