SpaceCruiser If the wolves players are really so outstanding like some people on here seem to be saying, then why are they in the bottom 3? :|

No one's saying they are outstanding... but England calls up's speak for them selves! He must of been doing something right!

Oh dear. Wolves must be desperate to have somebody with poor grammatical skills to defend them.

Wow first time I have been slated on here for my grammar... I think I'll get over it, it's still better than the average on here!

Why would Shane Long want to leave a drop a division to join West Ham next season?

I'd say it was nailed on that if we go up, Long stays - if we don't he goes. I don't think he'd go to West Ham though - he should go to a better and higher placed team than that. But, if he went to, say, Liverpool, he'd only be a bench warmer - so, my message to Shane is, stay here even if we don't go up please!

i think it will be the likes of Birmingham that come in for him.

They desperately need a goal scorer and does the win in the league cup offer European football?

Yes as long as they can afford it.

I said the same thing on here a couple of months ago. I think we will make him top paid player and he'll stay. He's been desperate for an opportunity to play every week, now, after 6 years of not quite making it he's got a manager and supporters who have total belief in him; he's loving it being 1st name on the team sheet and all round top dog.

The last thing he'd want is to go back to being a bench warmer just yet.

One more season I reckon, unless it's £10m plus to a top 6 club....

Fair chance of getting a 6 month commitment from him to see if we're challenging for promotion. If not he's off in January IMO.

It won't take £10m to get him, because we'll have a fee agreed with him above which he can go, and there's no way it'll be that high. £3m - £7m depending on exactly when it was he signed a new contract I'd guess.

And I reckon he's more likely to go to a club around 6th to 14th than top 6, because as you say he'll want to play and probably knows chances in the top 6 would be limited. See Sidwell, Shorey etc.

Just for the record, there was a West Ham scout in the Upr West red seats on Saturday, as was - again - Billy Davies. Do Leicester still have to play Forest?

Now it seems the Parkhead club will have to smash the record £6m they paid for their current manager 11 years ago to land their priority capture.
