Snowball Slammed, you are a serious waste of space.

Are you ever positive/supportive about ANYthing
or is your role on this earth to be a permanent total shit?

The second one.

Permanent? I demand some statistics proving that.

First post so I expect the usual abuse. Just like to thank Snowball for some nice pictures and all the effort put in. They do capture the atmosphere of the day and I was delighted to find a shot of me with 5 year old grandson - at his first RFC match. Thanks again, Snowball and thanks also for all the stats - impressive and accurate!
All the best.

Yet again the photos have been vandalised.

I have now deleted the shared folder so they can't be vandalised again.

That, of course means nobody can add to the folder, either.

Blame the morons, not me.

The photographs ARE still available in DropBox in a public photo folder here

If I do more I will simply add a third/fourth URL as above.

Surely the only reason snowball wants people to sign up to dropbox (via him) is so he gets more space........basically the more people you invite, the more space you get. Sneaky

Why not just lump the pictures on a website (flickr or something), snowball - then tell everyone when its updated, posting the link.

I wasn't interested in extra space. I don't use the space I have, except, that I made space available
for any Reading fans with photographs to put theirs up as well, as offered to WR.

I had no wish to open up a Flickr account so all the world could see my business.

As for a link, that's what I've done, because the shared box is being vandalised.

But my family and personal stuff is hidden from just the kind of low-lifes who are vandalising.

PS Why don't YOU spend 4K on camera kit, take it to a game, spend time taking shots,
then YOU post etc etc.

Unless things have changed, you can add restrictions to flickr albums so that only certain people can see them.

Maybe, but I didn't. You sure I even HAVE a Flickr account?

Since I've done this I've had the complaints

Seems to take a lot of shots of women.

Seems to take too many shots of children (what's implied there?)

Does he have permission?

Why can't he just post sh!t quality photographs on here? It wouldn't take long to post 400 shots, would it?

Why can't he use Flickr?

Why can't he use Facebook?

Why should we have to send him a whole email which takes us DAYS to prepare?

Oh, he's only doing it to get extra space on DropBox. (Yeah, right, now, INCLUDING all these photographs I am using 18% of my Dropbox allocation.)

Basically, too many of you are big moaning prats who can't get
off your own asses to do decent things but criticise those who do.

get back in your caves.

Snowball The photos are in a public file now and can be browsed.

Here are the URLs

http://www.dropbox.com/gallery/2719651/ ... Y?h=6d77d9

http://www.dropbox.com/gallery/2719651/ ... E?h=6a3efc

Can someone let me know if it's possible to download or copy a picture?

That's better, nice easy link. Well done on the pics.

I tried BEFORE I used the shared box, but DB kept saying there were no files in the Picture slot,
so I went the shared folder route and encountered one too many idiots.

Have you tried downloading a file from the gallery? Does it work?

No need to shoot the messenger, Snowball - I was merely posting a statement regarding flickr.

Sorry, TROLI,

but with the constant posts by whoever asking for me to do it HIS way,
and then impugning my motives, even vaguely implying I'm either a stalker
or a paedophile, and then the SO-nice people (or idiots) who keep deleting
the pictures, it gets a bit wearing after a while.

4K. Well that's a camera and a lens, yeah. Canon EOS 5 MkII and a 70-200 F2.8

But there are the other lenses, (100-400; 17-40; 35-110; a macro,
and a couple more cameras, EOS 5 Mk I (for sale) Nikon D300 and
two very nice zooms, and a 28-200 for when I'm lazy.

Can't buy RFC. Could've if I hadn't spent on cameras. That's nearer 10K than 4K

They are penis-replacements.

BTW, those are playthings compared to the stuff those pros use.

Try a top end Canon F1 for price. Even the EOS 1 is more than 5K
on line, and you can pay 10-20K for those huge lenses

Then open one under a gmail account, purely for football photos :?

Will save you from getting angry when people delete them

It's sorted now. A public, non-fiddleable gallery in DropBox
