Ian Royal I never saw Gilkes at his best. Kebe is a country mile better than the Gilkes of 95 onwards. By then Gilkes really was essentially just all pace.

Yeah, but what about 92/93. He was quality, tore teams apart, scored loads too, as well as setting up many of Quinn and Archies goals.
I'd say they're about the same.

Tony Le Mesmer Kebe hasn't done enough to be better than Gilkes. Yet.
Gilkes was influential in 2 Championships 8 years apart, was part of our best ever team (at the time) and won us the Simod Cup. His performance in the final I could never get tired of watching. Fastest thing ive ever seen on a football field. It was worth going to EP just to watch him.
Robbed in the Rumbelows sprint challenge, 3rd despite still recovering from a broken leg. Well clear after 50 metres as well.

Z175 To me Kebes not even better than Little yet. He could be our best ever winger, but that will take consistency! He certainly has the potential.
