What an amazing night, watched it in my flat with my c**** of flatmates. (a peterbrough fan and a west ham fam) got shit from then all night when we went 3-0 up they turned the TV over and wouldn't turn it back but no matter, I have a TV in my room with sky sports so watched it on that :)

10/10 from everyone, very impressed with Mills, thought it was his best game in a Reading shirt and Cummings did so well coming into an unorthodox position for him.

I don't think it has quite sunk in yet that I will be going to the home of football to watch my club play, too young to go to simod cup or bolton game!

Amazing, just amazing!

Fantasic. Norwich fan in the pub enjoyed it more than I did. Absolutely hated Cardiff.

We could have had 5 or 6, although we were fairly lucky to take the lead and not to conceed before we scored.

Really really happy.

What a great game - had to watch it on a crappy stream but awesome nonetheless.

To the other Royals fans living in Canada - if this is gonna be available to watch on the box we should seriously look to hit a pub and watch the game.

I'm only an hour outside of Guelph and have some friends living in Cambridge.

Go Royals.

Well, that is obviously lovely stuff but I thought we were actually completely mediocre first half. Awful goalkeeping from an awful goalkeeper gifts us a lead and then a totally obvious penalty wraps it up. Second half we did the proverbial job, some very sensible play putting the ball into the channels, defending from the front. We are that dreaded phrase used for mediocre sides - 'well organised'.

Swansea will be licking their lips. Two wins against us will mean nothing, but their movement and all round quality is greater than ours. So let's hope they freeze on the big day and absolutely stack it.....Reading style.

The only other Reading fan in the pub in Winchester said to me at half time " 2 nil up after playing that badly isn't bad" and I don't really disagree, but football is about results -and we got it. And over 90 mins we were better and deserved it.

and to be fair the local Saints fans were on our side as well.

GreaterTorontoRoyal Whitby here, St. Catharines eh? Where are you watching the final?

My father-in-law is down the road from me in Vineland. If the match is on TV i'll be there to watch with him. He grew up in Reading... bleeds Blue and White. No wait, I won't watch it with him because when I watch important games with him (Aston Villa, Man City) they haven't fared well.

Usually keep up with the Facebook page and Guardian UK for my news. And royals.org of course.

I'm in St. Catharines now myself. Lived in Guelph 10 years hence the handle still.

If we're lucky hockey will be over by then and we can have the TV for ourselves!

I was disappointed that they didn't go for an all fat front line.

Mcanuff had been playing like a not vey good at all all night, according to my dad. Which gave me great, great pleasure when he smashed that beauty in after a great turn of pace and a wang past the goal tender. I love you Reading!
