Foam hands are in, but foam feet are out. In fact foam legs are a no go too. Foam arms with foam hands on the end are a grey area. Foam parties are a great way of meeting people, whilst foam sponges keep you clean when used in conjunction with a shower (switched on)

You may be able to go as a foam person as long as you are under 5'4 and are wearing the yellow Hat Painting away kit (Matchwinner) c 1990.

You're only allowed to wear a tree if you go dressed as the kit, not vice versa, those are the rules. I would absolutley love it if i saw someone dressed as the 95 shirt whilst wearing a tree, even though its a total contradicition on my original post. That is the loophole right there

Sort of know where your coming from on this, but perhaps you could have delivered the idea without the slagging off. I don't wear the shirt - Fine that my son enjoys wearing one, at games and at most available opportunities . I just make sure I'm not wearing opposition colours. In general it's more important that our support is vocal . We need to get louder and more inventive. This could perhaps start with getting rid of the PA, except for required announcements, and maybe one "motivational" track 10 minutes before kick-off. If I can't talk to the person next to me, I want it to be because we're singing too loud. Different topic I know.
