You'd think if RFC subcontracted ticket sales to a web-provider they'd make sure it was one that had siufficient capacity and was robust enough not to give errors!

4 times I got an "unknown error" after the ticket selection page, and had to start again by logging in - but got there in the end.

I think you can be pretty sure it's not RFC's choice to use Ticketzone, it's Wembley's. Why else would they do it, and then Swansea happen to use the same people? (Also why would you not use one of the more established ticket sites if you were going to do it...)

In, Block 128. Got through online at 8:59 then 'got stuck' for 45 minutes. Opened a new window and through straight away.

SouthDownsRoyal Dear oh dear, calm down people.

It's just disappointing that it is sooo poor. It used to be like this years ago when the internet was new, but it hasn't improved! These people are selling a faulty product. I got kicked off the site after selecting seats 14 times! Finally after 70 minutes my phone was taken off hold and I managed to book tickets with a human. Very crap website tbh.

Got to the point where I completed my credit card details - Then the site crashed. Logged in again, completed the seat selection and it told me I have already logged in using that season ticket number.... Had to delete my browser history and am now trying again. Phoned the bank and they confirmed no transaction was completed, but I'm not convinced it'll work even if I get through again without it crashing. I need 16 tickets so will have to go through this farce twice!!! oh and obviously the phone number is constantly engaged... Absolute joke!

Got mine - 6 season ticks so bought 10 in all. It is worth knowing that you can only book a max of 6 online in total. On the phone you are only supposed to get 8 in total, as that is what fits in an envelope! However the helpful ticket guy sorted it by taking an order for 8 tickets and then immediately selling me two more next to them.

I logged on at 9am and got through online at 09 30, but couldn't do it as I wanted 10. I have been redialling non-stop also since 9am and got through at 10am. Once you get a ring tone rather than engaged they will pick up so don't hang up!

Very happy

Kareem - use the phone not the web site - if you want 16, you will need to do the web site 3 times as it is a max of 6 per order and you won't be able to get 3 lots together on the web. On the phone they will take two orders of 8

I don't wish to make it more complicated for you but apparently they can attempt to take payment anytime within 48 hours after your booking.
