A warning to others. It may have been a coincidence by I spent 75 minutes trying to get through using Mozilla Firefox and it kept crashing after the point where you pick your seats and rows. Like I said it may have been a coincidence, but first time I used IE9, I got all the way through the process.

There are still a number of websites which struggle with Firefox unfortunately.

But this is about some wishing to chose their seat location instead of a lottery. Everyone will get a ticket that is certain.

So -wanted 12 tickets all together. Could only buy 6 in one go, so got those and thought to myself - i'll lo back in with another ST and get hte other 6 in the same row or close by. The Computer says No!!!! Syas it won't let me do a transaction from the same PC!!!!

Next - used a colleagues PC and tried to log on using the other STs - either doesn't recognise them or says they have been used which is rubbish!

Beefers this AM - when your plane lands do you jump straight out of your seat, bundle past everyon, steam through to passport control, leg it to baggage reclaim and then start moaning because your case hasn't even got off the plane yet?
