Mr Hoppy A warning to others. It may have been a coincidence by I spent 75 minutes trying to get through using Mozilla Firefox and it kept crashing after the point where you pick your seats and rows. Like I said it may have been a coincidence, but first time I used IE9, I got all the way through the process.

There are still a number of websites which struggle with Firefox unfortunately.

Coincidence.

TBM I appreciate that but surely:

being there >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> not being there

People should just be grateful they can go.......imagine the rush on Saturday when joe public can buy

Expectations have been set, TBM. No doubt it will be my fault if we can't all sit where we want to and not the website's.

Silver Fox
Mr Irascible OK, got mine...2 hours...poor poor poor!

poor you for deciding to try to get them as soon as they went on sale rather than chilling and waiting for the rush to die down?

Beefers this AM - when your plane lands do you jump straight out of your seat, bundle past everyon, steam through to passport control, leg it to baggage reclaim and then start moaning because your case hasn't even got off the plane yet?

You've basically just agreed with me there.

So, tickets for the Championship play-off final has created more demand than other events that TicketZone sell? really? m'kay...

shaka's shorts Got mine - 6 season ticks so bought 10 in all. It is worth knowing that you can only book a max of 6 online in total. On the phone you are only supposed to get 8 in total, as that is what fits in an envelope! However the helpful ticket guy sorted it by taking an order for 8 tickets and then immediately selling me two more next to them.

No, it's 8.

That said, if mags doesn't get me the exact seat I've demanded he's only getting paid half

It seemed to me they had all my details, name/address/ ST card number but they ask you to check. They then validate the credit card to the same address.

Got 2 lots of tickets in Block 133, one lot in row 37, the other in row 41. I think row 44 is the back row.

PieEater FWIW I used this number:

01271 335701

But both that and the OS number were engaged for ages.

If you're getting engaged on the other number

TBM
royalexile But this is about some wishing to chose their seat location instead of a lottery. Everyone will get a ticket that is certain.

This +infinity.

Having relinquished our ST last year, we can only sit and wait for the Member Card window on Saturday.

How precious do some of you sound about being possibly unable to buy the EXACT set of seats you want unless you sit there hammering at the keyboard for hours? When I get the chance, I will enter "4" in the number of tickets wanted, the price I want to pay and will be unbelievably happy to sit in whatever seats the computer gives me...well, unless Edge happens to be within earshot.

Just be there.

Absolute shambles and it's not RFC's fault! (Unless you blame them for falling for TicketZone's claims that they could handle this better than our own systems).

Really well done to RFC for providing the very patient person on the live webchat on OS.

Tips for those still trying with Ticketzone. Use Firefox or Chrome (opposite to RFC's system which appears to prefer Internet Explorer). Clear your internet history each time you fail/get kicked out. The latter might be coincidental but I finally succeeded having done that.

Could be worse. Swansea are reporting a 5 hour queue outside the Liberty Stadium. The club have told people not to come down because they won't get a ticket today.
