Works fine for me...

Go into the journey planner on National Rail Enquiries...put in Reading and Paddington..Change adults to 4 and include travelcard...then hit Go...simple..

If you have a Network SouthEast card, 4 adults can travel from Wokkers to Wembley Stadium for just £39!

Swansea City OS First Great Western are informing fans that all rail services from South Wales scheduled to arrive in London Paddington before 2pm on the day of the game will by dry.

Alcohol cannot be carried onto or purchased on the trains. All return services from Paddington to South Wales starting with the 5.45pm Paddington to Carmarthen until the close of services on this date are also dry trains.

All customers intending to travel on any of these services must not attempt to carry any alcohol on to these services.

Groupsave is available for 3 or 4 adults, 3 for the price of 2 (GPS-3) or 4 for the price of 2 (GPS-4), depending how many of you there are. With 4 of you, if you want travelcards they are tremendous value. Maximum number of people is 4, if there are 5 you will be able to get 4 GPS-4 travelcards, plus one standard one. If there are 6 you should be sold 2 x GPS-3 travelcards.

HOWEVER, I must warn you that you must stick together as a group at all times. We (the nasty railway companies) make an absolute fortune by people purchasing these tickets and then splitting up into groups of two, or threes and ones etc. If you do this, your ticket is completely invalid and you are liable to pay a penalty fare or for a brand new full anytime day single ticket. And believe me, we 'catch' a lot of people this way.

Please note that if you are a group of 6 and are therefore sold 2 x GPS-3 travelcards, you don't have to stay together as a 6 but must stay in 2 groups of 3.

I suspect all trains will be dry and searches to be made at Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot Parkway, Bridgend, Cardiff Central, Newport, and Reading stations on the way in, and London Paddington on the way out. Failure to comply may result in the police being called and it is an arrestable offence to carry alcohol on a dry train, in line with current railway byelaws.

Bollocks to that. Booze in bags, sneaky sips when the ticket pcunter walks by. You can always get away with it.
