I just tried it and it worked fine, although I didn't attempt to actually purchase, I chose all the seats and that.

floyd__streete £64 spent on my ticket. Serious message to BMc and the team - at those prices, if you fail to win this game I will dedicate myself towards hounding you all for the remainder of your professional careers.

Floyd has declared on my FB that if Reading win he is getting a tattoo of Matt Mills, if they lose he's getting a tattoo of Aggro (or possibly Spacey)

When buying with a member card, does the ticket have to be for the person named on the card?

Depends, you need at least one card that matches your credit card. If you're only buying one ticket cash you could get away with it.

Did anyone answer my question about can you buy an adult ticket on a child's member card? Can't find where I posted it!

I've just logged in to my Reading FC thing, and it has me down as Scott. I'm not Scott. I'm appalled. Bullivant out!

RL, since there are valid situations where that might apply to that I'd be surprised if you can't. By that time the staff get to selling tickets on Saturday they'll be totally fooked anyway!

Absolutely convinced that there have been several responses on the OS webchat from RFC stating that you can.

What details do you need at the TO? Just name and card number or address/postcode too?

The sheet of paper we used for the magic 38!! had card number, name, first line of address and postcode...but tbh I think they only tapped in the member number and as long as it was a valid ST then the ticket request was processed...It took them longer to count out the strips of tickets than it did to actually process the transaction.

I guess they'll care even less on Satters when it's member cards, right?

But sods' law - and let's assume that you're a complete sod - dict8s that they won't ask for any detailed info except that which you don't have.

T.R.O.L.I. You can indeed - I purchased 2 adult tickets today using my 6 year old son's ST.

Just to be pedantic, they have stated explicitly that you can buy an adult ticket with a child's ST; I don't recall them saying that you can buy an adult ticket with a child's member card (RL's actual question).

As it's one ticket per card, my assumption would be that the sale should be for the member card holder named, and so a child's member card would only entitle you to buy a child's ticket.

But that's just an assumption.

and RFC missing out on earning the extra money from selling you an adult ticket?

I notice there are no royalty points being awarded for going to Wembley. What a joke!
